Are you drinking enough water???


















It is very important for us to hydrate our body by drinking plenty of fluids. One of the most important beverages we can ever drink is water. Believe it or not, our bodies are made up of 70- 80% water. From our circulatory system to our digestive system, water aids in helping our body run effectively. The benefits of water consumption are countless.Water helps to detoxify our bodies by flushing out potentially harmful chemicals and impurities. It also aids in regulating our temperature and transporting nutrients to our cells. Physicians recommend that we drink one ounce of water for every two pounds of our body weight each day!
